A New Beginning for This Blog
This blog is entering a new season. Beginning June 1, we will start in Genesis and walk through the Bible slowly, passage by passage. The purpose is simple: to listen carefully to Scripture, notice the rhythm God placed in creation, and see how His Word still speaks into life today. Earlier posts have been unpublished as this blog takes on a clearer direction. The heart behind them has not been lost. The focus has simply become sharper. We will begin where Scripture begins: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” From there, we will move through the Bible with care, allowing Scripture to explain Scripture and allowing each passage to speak with honesty, hope, correction, and love. The first chapter of Genesis will follow The Rhythm of Creation . The second chapter will move into Becoming , through Adam and Eve. The third chapter will face Temptation , where humanity begins stepping out of God’s rhythm. This will be a slow walk. A faithful walk. A return to the beginni...
